09 06 2009 - US telco Taylor Telephone Cooperative has revealed it will launch IPTV services to subscribers on its recently-completed fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network using Conklin-Intracom's fs|cdn IPTV middleware solution.
The telco, which serves 14 cities and nine counties across a 2,000 square-mile area, will offer standard-definition and high-definition linear channels using a mix of MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 encoded content, as well include DVR and pause live TV capabilities in its new service.
A launch date for the service was not available at the time of publishing.
