IVR applications are used by Banks or  Financial Institutions including: banking services and transactions with credit cards .
User options  through voice menu :

  • DTMF (press one or more keys )
  • ASR ( automatic speech recognition)
  • voice recording (automatic answer back)

Options for the voice menu:

  • Unlimited number of questions
  • Unlimited  multi-functioning
  • Connection with the web services of the client for automatic production and processing of choices on-the-fly.
  • Ability to produce VXML (Voice XML) from the web services of the client.
