User options through voice menu :
- DTMF (press one or more keys )
- ASR ( automatic speech recognition)
- voice recording (automatic answer back)
Options for the voice menu:
- Unlimited number of questions
- Unlimited multi-functioning
- Connection with the web services of the client for automatic production and processing of choices on-the-fly.
- Ability to produce VXML (Voice XML) from the web services of the client.
